About this name

In these policies, "After Hours Builders" means the product and website presented under that name. It does not state that a separate incorporated entity exists.

What After Hours Builders provides

After Hours Builders provides practical course material for employed non-coders who want to ship a first small AI-assisted product nights and weekends.

The public product includes the site, starter form, and free stack PDF. Paid enrollment provides protected course and template access, monthly updates, and async build-along support while membership access remains active. Live sessions are included only when exact dates are published to members.

No guaranteed outcomes

After Hours Builders sells a process, examples, templates, and support rhythm. It does not promise income, customers, employment, job replacement, passive income, investment results, or that a first product will succeed.

Members are responsible for their own product decisions, user research, pricing, support, compliance, and business risk.

Accounts and access

Access to member and admin surfaces requires a valid signed session. Member access also requires an active membership; access changes follow verified billing events or reviewed support actions.

Sharing accounts, bypassing access controls, or attempting to reach private member/admin systems without authorization is not permitted.

Payments and cancellation

The membership price is $35 per month. The checkout page states the active price and billing cycle before payment.

Stripe processes payment details. Membership access begins only after payment has been verified; a redirect page alone does not establish access.

You may cancel before the next renewal through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period unless a refund, payment failure, or reviewed support action ends it sooner.

The first membership payment is eligible for a full refund when requested within 7 calendar days of that payment. Later recurring payments are not refundable except where required by law or to correct a billing error.

Community conduct

If a community space is opened, participants should keep feedback practical, avoid harassment or spam, respect confidentiality, and avoid uploading private employer, customer, or third-party data they do not have permission to use.

After Hours Builders may remove access to protect members, systems, or the integrity of the community.

AI tools and third-party services

The course discusses AI assistants, coding harnesses, deployment providers, payment processors, and community tools. Those services are operated by third parties and may change prices, limits, policies, models, or availability.

Members are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and deciding which tools are appropriate for their own projects.

Your work and our content

You own the product ideas and project artifacts you create. After Hours Builders owns or licenses the course content, templates, site copy, and member materials.

Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute paid member materials as a competing product without written permission.
