This launch draft explains the planned refund and cancellation posture for the After Hours Builders monthly membership before live checkout is enabled.
Effective June 22, 2026
Current payment state
Live checkout is disabled until Stripe product, price, webhook, billing portal, support, and membership access paths are verified.
Do not send card details through support. When checkout is live, payment details should be handled by Stripe.
Planned membership refunds
After Hours Builders is planned as a $35 per month membership. If the membership is not useful, contact support and we will make it right, including a refund when appropriate.
Refund requests should include the checkout email when possible so support can reconcile the Stripe payment, D1 membership record, and access state.
Cancellations and access
When billing portal access is live, active members should be able to manage cancellation and billing history through Stripe from the protected member dashboard.
Cancellation, refund, past-due, or manual support events may revoke active member access after the relevant Stripe webhook or audited admin action is processed.

Use hello@afterhoursbuilders.com or the support page for billing questions, refund requests, access issues, and cancellation help.
Support may ask for non-sensitive context to identify the payment or account. Do not share passwords, card numbers, private keys, or employer/customer private data.
No outcome guarantee
Refunds do not change the core product boundary: After Hours Builders does not promise income, customers, employment, job replacement, passive income, or that a product will succeed.
The refund posture is meant to keep the membership fair and supportable, not to guarantee business results.
